i also expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but clearly that was too much to ask. for a supposed hotel, this level of service is a complete fail. don't stay here if you value your sleep.

great spot for a leisurely wander with easy park views

during my stay, I loved that the hotel was just about an 8-minute walk away from Al Masjid an Nabawi, which made it so easy to visit this stunning mosque daily, and I also appreciated how close I was to the Koran Museum, only 500 meters away, allowing for a delightful stroll each morning.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The proximity to the mosque made daily visits effortless, a mere 8-minute walk away, perfect for families.

While the hotel provided basic amenities, the breakfast options were limited, and the strict check-out times felt a bit rushed, making our departure less relaxed than desired.

Really spacious room with lovely touches like a fruit bowl! Sparkling clean bathroom and a large fridge made for a comfy stay.

But, oh darling, the bathroom sliding door could audition for a role in a soap opera with all its leaking drama.

diwan rose is just 1 km from gate number 310 of the mosque, making it super convenient. my room was clean and tidy, and mr ahmed at the reception was really friendly and spoke excellent english. there are also great pak restaurants nearby that serve fresh food at reasonable prices, just a short walk from the hotel.

It was just a good pick for a short stint in Medina with reasonable value. The room was clean, and I appreciated the large fridge that made it easy to store snacks and drinks. Check-in time is crucial, so try to arrive later to avoid waiting around.

Despite the limited dining options, I loved the cleanliness and appreciated the quick resolution of an extra bed. The room felt cozy, but I wish the check-in was smoother.

I stayed for 2 nights in the Budget Twin Room at Diwan Rose Hotel. The facilities are excellent, and the lobby smells amazing! Special thanks to the reception staff, especially Ms. Amal, for finding me the perfect room. The bellboy also helped arrange a taxi, making the stay even smoother.
